THE SPIRITUAL SOLDIERS DECREE

~ My commitment and dedication is to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
~ I will assist the body of Christ in its mission to bring souls to Christ.
~ I will assist the body of Christ in showing people how to be Christ-like.
~ I will love unconditionally and demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit, Galatians 5:22.
~ I will carry out the New Commandment of Love as in John 13:34-35.
~ I will always remain teachable and have a desire for a Christ-like mind and heart.
~ I will carry the Word of God into all my affairs.
~ I will always study the Word and enhance my spiritual growth, Romans 12:2.
~ I will not judge or condemn my fellow brethren, but love them even more.
~ I realize that I am in a spiritual warfare within myself; therefore I will choose to walk in the spirit on a daily basis.
~ I am in this world but not of this world and well aware of the external battle that I am in.
~ I fear no evil, and I put on the whole armor of God as in Ephesians 6:10-20.
~ I am a spiritual blood soldier of Jesus Christ and will remain one on a daily basis.
~ I commit myself to this decree, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer of the Week: Footsteps of Your Son

From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised. Psalm 113:3

The appearance of evil?

When the scripture tells us to avoid the very appearance of evil does that mean that we are to avoid if we are single or married have friends of the opposite sex. Or as a ministry ministry to someone of the opposite sex. Another instance if we are altar workers and a you are a male and a woman is being prayed for should only a woman catch another woman and a man catch only a man?

I think we have taken it a little to far what do you think?

And what is the real meaning of avoiding the… Continue

Turn Your Security System On!

A horrible thing happened to me today...

A thief broke into my house. It happened shortly after I awoke

thousand things on my list and was already running behind.

Quickly, I gulped down breakfast, took a shower and got ready

for work.

In my rush, I forgot to turn the security system on at my

house. It was just about a half an hour later that the thief broke in. Of course, he didn't make… Continue

hindering your growth in this church passed away. We invite you to join the

funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym.

In the beginning, they all got sad for the death of one of their

members, but after a while they started get ting curious to know who was

that person who hindered the growth of his fellow… Continue

Clearing Out The Clutter

My garage serves as storage for things that don't have a place in our home, and frankly, there are times when I am ashamed to open the door. I don't want anyone to see the clutter. So, periodically, I set aside a workday to clean it up.

Our hearts and minds are a lot like that. They accumulate lots of clutter. As we rub shoulders with the world, perhaps unknowingly, we pick up ungodly thoughts and attitudes. Thinking that life is all about "me". Demanding our rights. Reacting… Continue
